The best of both worlds in an amazing Cape Town wine tour! A full day Cape Peninsula tour to the famous Cape of Good Hope and the Penguin colony in Simon’s Town in the morning, followed by lunch, and wine tastings at two of South Africa's oldest and most famous wine estates in Constantia in the afternoon. The best Cape Town wine tour possible. This tour is particularly designed for wine lovers and connoisseurs who do not have enough time for a full day wine tour to Stellenbosch and Franschhoek.
Chapman's Peak Drive and Cape of Good Hope
Start your wine tour with one of the most spectacular drives in the world with amazing views of the icy Atlantic Ocean, Chapman’s Peak Drive. Arriving at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, visit the most south-westerly point of Africa, the Cape of Good Hope, and the lighthouse at Cape Point. The Nature Reserve is home to many antelope, zebras, baboons, and fynbos, the richest floral kingdom in the world.
The Penguins at Boulders Beach
You have the chance to visit one of only two land-based African Penguin colonies in the world. Simon's Town where Boulders Beach is located features old British-colonial architecture. With a bit of luck, in season, you can spot a Southern Right Whale.
Constantia Winelands
The afternoon is spent exploring the best Cape Town wine route in Constantia. Two of the oldest wine estates in Cape Town to taste some of the best South African wines are Steenberg and Buitenverwachting. Alternatively, we can do wine tastings at Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia or Constantia Uitsig, all well-known South African wine estates.

"Luhambo Tours was outstanding. My friends and I were spoiled with beautiful views, great knowledge of the country, people and of course wines and wine cellers for two days.
